I started First Home Fix to give first-time homeowners the simple maintenance routine nobody hands you at closing.

I work in home improvement sales and have sat at hundreds of kitchen tables talking with homeowners about their houses. Over and over, I've seen the same thing: the expensive problems almost never start expensive. They start as a small job that got skipped.

First Home Fix is the routine, laid out plainly: seasonal checklists, beginner-friendly fixes, and honest recommendations for the tools and products that actually help. No fluff, and nothing that needs a contractor unless it really does.
